We liked our 2016 Blaufränkisch red so much, that we thought we would try our hand at a Blaufränkisch rosé in 2017. This wine was fermented using native yeasts and aged for six months in neutral oak barrels. The result is an approachable rosé wine that is perfect for spring and summer.
Aromas on this wine are fresh and clean, with elements of rhubarb and honey. On the palate this wine has a neutral acidity, with continued flavors of fresh rhubarb and honey.
