This exciting wine was made using the saignée method to siphon a portion of juice 24 hours after de-stemming, resulting in a deep, rich pink color. The wine was fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel barrels. It completed secondary fermentation and finished aging in stainless steel for six months.
The result is a wine that is fresh and approachable, as is expected with rosé, but also full and balanced. The aroma of this wine is dominated by fresh strawberry, cherry, and pressed herbs. On the palate, this wine is full and round with crisp acidity, minerality, and a well-balanced finish. We think that this wine is ideal for the warmer rosé season, but recommend you save a bottle or two for special events any time of the year!
